How to unlock the Cape and Ears Not Included achievement in Battlefield Hardline - Definitive Guide

You can first get this in Episode 3. After tagging the drug drops you will come to a point where you need to use the grappling hook to get over a fence. Just climb up and down on the rope after you shoot the grappling hook. I think i only had to go up and down two times before the achievement unlocked.

There is no need to climb the first rope twice as there are two ropes back to back.

Mine says "Done: Unlocking" and have gone way more than 10m. What gives?

Mine was different, I just fired the grappling hook either two or three times without climbing and achievement popped. Not that it matters since you have to climb. I just thought it was humorous.
