The video below will discuss this achievement and what is needed to unlock it.
Basically, this is a VERY easy achievement and will most likely unlock naturally for you as you are playing the multiplayer of BFV. All you really need to do is make sure you are in a squad while you are playing which is done by either forming a squad with some buddies at the main menu or by pressing start in the game and selecting "squads." From there select any squad, but try to join one with the most players (max of 4) to increase your chance of getting squad spawns. Now, while in a squad, anytime a squad mate spawns on you, you will get a "squad spawned on you" notification worth 20 points on your screen. Simply get this 3 times and BLEEP BLOOP, achievement unlocked!

I've had 6 spawn on me and no achievement tracker stuck at 66%

This happend to me by just playing multiplayer. 3 of your teammates needs to spawn at you. If you didnt get it. Or maby to hard. Ask friends or in teamchat if they want to spawn at you.

This can be the same squad mate 3 times, it just means you need to be spawned on 3 times by a squad member. Assuming you join a squad, which you should, you will almost certainly get this in your first game.

When in a match, join up to a squad that has space. If you don't get 3 spawns naturally then try and move into an area close to an enemy objective to look more appealing as a spawning point.
Community Game Method
Create a private game with a password, you and 4 others can use this private server to boost any kill related trophies. (minimum number is 4 to start a game this way) Kill your boosting partner on the other team, have the squad mate not revive them and have them respawn. Rinse and repeat. Make sure you help your boosting partners too!
