How to unlock the Jack of All Trades achievement in Battlefield V - Definitive Guide

For this achievement, you need to obtain a 100,000 score in each of the four main classes (which is level 11 I believe). To check where you are just go to the homepage and go to Profile and then select the class (under Progression tab) to see your cumulative score. In conquest, I was averaging around 10K per round (sometimes more, sometimes less) over about 30 minutes. I am an average player so if you are good then it should take you less time. Doing the math, you can reasonably expect each class to take around 5 hours to reach this, so 20 hours total.

The best advice I have is squad up and use your classes support items as much as possible. for support, always throw out ammo; for medic, also revive and give healing items; for scout try to spot people, etc. Also, try to play objectives as much as possible like frontlines and conquest because flag captures and flag defense/offense kills yields additional points. This should be done alongside the achievement for reaching a total of 500,000 total player score and these two will probably be the last two MP achievements you get.

Edit: This has been very buggy for people (including myself) but the 4.4 patch coming end of August 2019 should fix some of the broken achievements, including this one.

You'll reach 100k at about rank 10 & three-quarters. you can either track it within the profile menu, or watch the achievement tracker go up (only moves once a kit reaches 100k pts). It will pop during the round when the 4th kit reaches 100k pts.

Apart from score for PTFO and kit specific roles, in a squad follow orders (or request an order, set orders if you're the leader), as a squad leader use the squad points to order in supplies (~3k pts)/vehicles(~10K or ~20k pts)/V1 (~42k pts).

It’s not hard... just a grind. You’ll have to play as one or more classes that don’t suit your style (captain obvious). I focused on one class at a time which is a mistake as some classes are better on some maps imo. It’s a rewarding one I think...

I'm getting 16k-19k per conquest game regardless of the class - I just move from flag to flag getting kills along the way. I also make sure to always have a squad order up near one of my squadmates to get the added 100 or 200 points for a flag capture or defense. Capping a flag with that order nets 700 points alone, and getting a defensive/offensive kill nets anywhere between 300-450 pts. Points rack up super quickly when playing the objective.

Mine has glitched on me i have 105K at least in all 4 and my last class i have over 150K still hasn't popped

@DJ KOOLAIDE, having this issue too. It seems that the latest title update has glitched the achievement.

I had my achievement tracker show 75% before getting 100k with my last class, at which point the tracker regressed to 50%. I then unlocked Death From Above today and now the tracker shows 25%. roll

Over 100k with all four classes. I'm not sure points earned in the new game modes are counting as most of my Sniper points have been earned on firestorm

I’ve literally only played Conquest, with the exception of a brief stint on Frontlines to unlock that MP achievement.

It looks like EA broke this achievement with their last update and knowing them, it’s likely just unobtainable now since they could care less about their community...

It appears that all MP achievements reset to your original/tracker after leaving your lobby or restarting your game. And therefore, if you were almost there (for example, you had 75% meaning you 3 of them done before the update, then you can play and get that last 1 in a session. However, if you had 50% and got 1 more done, it would be 75% but then when you restarted you would go back to 50% but would still have the XP on the 3rd one done, meaning, that it becomes unobtainable for you.

THEREFORE - unless you are one away, I wouldn't play MP until they patch the game otherwise you may make the achievement unobtainable even if they fix the existing glitch.

I tested the MP achievement reset on other misc achievements, and it always reset me back to what I had BEFORE the most recent update (kills, flags, car kills, ect.)

I'm well past 100K in all 4 classes, and I'm showing as 75% complete. Also, I cannot find any cumulative score directly from the BF5 menu. I have to go to Battlefieldtracker to see my total points, which seems dumb.

So, they have broken the game again with the 4.6 update. constantly disconnects. not sure if this is effecting XP gained and displayed, but I am 104K and I haven't had tracking on my progress,

I have over 600,000 points combined and it still isn't popping for me. But the 'Elite' achievement did yesterday. I don't know which classes it isn't registering on, can someone help please? Thanks.

Anyone find a method to make this pop? I just hit 100k on my 4th class it didn’t pop, still showing at 75% complete on my tracker.

I dont know if it is every update but the most recent one probably resets the progress you had to the achievement like for me I did a full 100000 for support yesterday and it counted as 25% towards the achievement I had 25000 already from before on recon so I did that plus another 100000 so I have like a total score now of 125000 on recon. Then I now have 75% towards the achievement. I had my 25% for assault already from a while ago so that will stay of course since it already tracked towards the achievement. Now I need to do pretty much another 85000 for medic since I pretty much had that finished from before like way before the update sadly. So my medic will have about 200000 score by the time the achievement unlocks.

The elite achievement and this one are still glitched for me I managed to get this one to go from 25% to 50% recently but haven’t been able to move it since and elite it shows zero progress for not sure if it tracks progress like the other ones but I hit well over 500,000 score it really is annoying to invest so much extra time just cause they simply can’t make a game right like seriously don’t release a game in this state

Despite that the achievement is 'fixed', I still have issues unlocking this. I have earned over 140k score in each class (some even more), but somehow I can't get the last 25% in the progression bar to unlock this. Strangely, up to that point, each time I hit 100k in a class, 25% was added to the progression. Also, the Elite achievement unlocked very late for me, at 700k+ instead of 500k, which might be related.
Does anyone have an idea how to get this? In the meantime, I will try to earn an even higher score for each class in the hope it will unlock at some point.

*update: The achievement somehow unlocked a couple of hours after this comment while I was offline. Not sure why, but hey I'm not complaining.

Well as long as it's no longer bugged. Getting another 100k for each class isn't too bad, I get quite a bit of enjoyment out of the multiplayer.

So does anyone know what’s really going on with this achievement?
I had them all over 100k pre-patch (with no pop or tracked progress).
After playing some games with Assault (got a level or two ie to rank 12 or 13), i noticed the tracker jumped to 25%. Obviously this was not another 100k earned with that class. Unfortunately, I have since levelled up the other classes once or twice but still at 25%.

It’s impossible to really know if that 25% even means it’s tracking assault as “done”.

Buggy and lack or proper tracking makes a horrible combination

4 classes, 25% each towards the achievement. What worked for me, is to pick a class and score 100k with it before switching or leaving the server. Once you get to 100k the achievement should progress by 25%. Overlay the achievement tracker so you can see it in-game. Then just keep track of the classes you've reached 100k with. Unfortunately, if you're stuck at 75% and don't know which classes you did prior, it's going to kind of suck or you get luckly and pick the one you were missing. Don't even bother with stats, they're useless, since progression resets when you quit. I wouldn't say it's buggy, but either the wording in the achievement is written incorrectly, or it just simply bad coding. Remember, doesn't matter what you got before, you need 100k in one go, either boosting or across multiple matches. Do not quit out.

Obviously, you will need to obtain this online.
2 ways to keep track I would like to mention:
The score is the score which you can see in the scoreboard and the score which will come onto your screen for things like damaging and killing enemies, capturing objectives, etc.

You can go in the main menu into profile -> statistics - > classes.
Here you can check how many score you have obtained for every class, thus giving you an indication of your total progress. Swap to a different class once you have reached 100k with one. Keep in mind that the statistics can take a while to update.

All glitched trophies have been fixed since update 1.44

During Multiplayer, you will be earning points via kills, revives, capturing/destroying objectives, providing ammo and squad orders. Rack up 100,000 per class. You need 500k for the Elite trophy so make sure once you've hit 100k you switch up class. You can check your class scores by going to Profile => Statistics => Classes. The game will not update these straight away so give it time to catch up. Normally shutting down the game and reloading will 'upload' the stats. 100,000 points will net you class level 10/11, which is a good indicator that you've reached this amount.

Boosting Method
Community Game

Step 1- Start a private match with 3 (minimum) other players in Outpost.
Step 2- no password as this stops XP progression. Can kick randoms if needed
Step 3- Everyone goes to the same outpost and one person captures the tower.
Step 4- Team A plants a bomb
Step 5- Team B defuses the bomb. Rinse and repeat.

You can get between 30-50K a match.

This trophy is glitched as heck. Even after meeting the requirements it might not pop your trophy. So to play it safe get each Class to Level 20. Hopefully it pops for you. If it doesn't, it will require a hard reset. Delete your profile/saved data and the game. And just play one full game as each class, leveling it up per say. Dice also patches their game in which, trophies get buggy. So playing on a fresh downloaded BFV is the safest way of achieving this. I will provide my own video guide if you rather have this spoken to you. I will say, after deleting the game the trophy can pop, but still might not. So playing a full game/match will be a great option in getting it to pop. You can check your progress/score by going under your profile. Find it at the main menu. Take care! -KC

You earn points generally by getting kills and taking objectives, among other supplementary actions. More specific to each class you will earn points for;

  • Assault.
    • Destroying vehicles with your anti-vehicle armaments and gadgets. Even damaging vehicles without destroying them is worth some points.
  • Medic.
    • Reviving and healing your allies. Throwing medkits at everyone until you unlock the medical crate, then throw them down on the floor especially in areas where your allies congregate.
  • Support.
    • Resupplying your allies with ammo. Throw ammo at everyone until you unlock the bigger ammo crate and then start to drop them everywhere where your allies are.
  • Recon.
    • Long range headshots. The further the headshot, the better your headshot bonus points will be. Use the flare gun to spot enemies for spot assist points and place your spawn beacon for your squad to spawn on for extra points.

You can see how many points you have in each class by going to Profile > Statistics > Classes. Then select the class you want to look at and your score is in the list of stats.

You can track how many points each class has through the main menu->profile->statistics->classes.

The hardest thing was to get 100k for a scout. The easiest way is to go into capture mode and just run and take points.

Each class must be brought to level 11 .

To be more precise, you need level 10 + an experience bar pumped up by 3/4.
This will be exactly 100,000 points.

If you are experiencing difficulties with the “recon” class, then I recommend taking self-loading rifles, the first of which is the Model 8, and installing a standard mechanical sight there, which will make shooting at close ranges similar to semi-automatic assault rifles.

UPD: The guess is not correct. Now the trophies are all glitchy. At least 3.

For a scout, for me personally, the best weapon is a trench carbine . With it, he calmly shoots the PP at close range. It can be purchased for 1700 silver in the weapon selection in the main menu (not in battle)

I got it at level 34 (each class is level 14-15). A few minutes later, the “Elite” trophy, associated with 500 thousand points, also dropped.

The trophy rang on a scout of almost lvl 16, the rest were an attack aircraft 18, a medic 18, a support 17.

In the case of the Scout, I recommend using the Flare Gun gadget, especially when playing in Team Deathmatch: you will receive points both for marking enemies and for killing them with your teammates. Thus, by frequently replenishing ammo from stationary boxes, you A good amount of extra points will constantly drop. Personally, with active play with a self-loading rifle and constant use of a rocket launcher, I raised 100,000 scout points from zero in just 24 hours at Team Skirmish.

You can earn the trophy with friends if you have a team willing to spend time on it.
If only one person needs the trophy, then you can simply play with one squad on maps where there is a large white barrel (like “Iwo Jima” or “Wake Island”). The entire squad on it explodes and dies, and the one who needs a boost just constantly heals.
If you are 4 or more people and several need to boost, then it makes sense to create your own server and play there 2 on 2. One person in each team constantly kills one from the opposite team, and other teammates constantly boost.

Well, for simplicity:
Team Drozd: player A, player B
Team Pheasant: player B, player D
A kills G, player B constantly heals G. At this time, player B stands and chills, moving from time to time so as not to get kicked out
After 3 minutes there is a change and now:
D kills A, player B constantly heals A. At this time, player B stands and chills, moving from time to time so as not to get kicked out

Capture points, resurrect allies, destroy equipment
You can sit in a tank as a scout and gain experience, if behind the machine gun in the tank, then all the infantry is yours and capture the point after clearing it
In short, just play, don’t rush, the trophy is cumulative and they will give it anyway
