The quickest way to do this is to have a second controller and play a local PvP match. You can control the second players ship layout to hit the targets with the most efficency and then have the second player just choosing to skip every turn. You should be able to finish the match pretty quickly, rinse and repeat until you get the trophy to pop.

Just start a new game and select either "player vs AI" or "player vs player" and win the game. PvP is obviously the easier of the choices as you will be setting both players' ship locations so you can just set player 2's ships together in a corner and attack their locations for a quick victory without worry of you getting yours destroyed. Once you win the game, the trophy will pop.
