You can get 3 achievements in one skirmish:

By Your Command
From the main menu, go to Skirmish and start a 4000 point battle. I created a custom Cylon fleet consisting of one Arachne with Heavy Raiders on board. I gave my Colonial opponent one Minotaur. You could give your Cylon fleet more Arachnes with Heavy Raiders, but I noticed that the game tends to lock up when you load up a skirmish with unbalanced custom fleets.
Once the battle starts, launch the Heavy Raiders from the Arachne and send them to the Minotaur. Once they're in range, select the Board command for the Heavy Raiders. Once the Heavy Raiders board the Minotaur, the Throw Them Out Of The Airlock achievement unlocks.
If you redistribute power on your Arachne with the System Processes command, you'll also earn the Distribution of Power achievement. Just move any subsystem slider to redistribute and press Done.
If you stay out of range of the Minotaur's guns and launch all your missiles at it (you can fire them again after 2 turns), you'll blow it up and also earn the By Your Command achievement.
