This can be done easily enough with a boosting partner. Simply go to Player Match (NOT RANKED), Create one of the three games and have your buddy find you.
The host will be the one going for the wins. In Deathmatch, and Team Deathmatch, you need one kill on your buddy. In Domination, you need to secure at least one point. After you've done this, your buddy can quit early, and you can create the next game type and repeat. Once the host has his achievement, your buddy can be host and you can repeat the process.
Both players will get their 10G in less than 10 minutes.
