To gain this achievement you must start the level "33" on medium difficulty. The objective is to kill anything before it fires at the Galactica.
Watch your mini map, this shows the targets you need to kill. The targets are covered in a yellow circle and must be killed before they reach the red bar on the mini map.
Also the targets are escorted by smaller ships who can be a pest. So the best thing to do is guerilla warfare tactics by killing the target as fast as you can and fleeing to the next target, letting the friendly ai ships to deal with the others.
If you can prevent any nukes fired on the Galactica (There will be a short cutscene if it happens) Then the achievement is yours.
