You can either play through all the missions to get this one or use the level select-cheat:
Select Campaign, then hold LB + LT + RB + RT and press X at the mission selection screen to unlock all missions. Then choose the last mission and finish it.
However, this works only for the "Veteran of Midway"-achievement and NOT for "Hardened Veteran of Midway", so there is no use in playing the mission on the highest difficulty.

This is a little glitchy. I completed the final mission on highest and hardened veteran popped, but not this one. I had to replay the final mission on easy to get this...

[Single Player] Beat the US Campaign. See the mission walkthrough under Hardened Veteran of Midway. However, while these are cascading achievements (you will get Veteran of Midway if you beat them for the first time on Veteran) it is much easier to beat each mission on Rookie or Regular and then repeat it on the harder difficulty. This lets you get an idea for the layout of the map, where enemy forces spawn, how they react, etc.
