This achievement has to be completed on the level "Gut Reaction" in Act IV.
I found this easier near the end of the level, where you drop down into the middle and either side of you there are 2 drops which you can go down. Just let yourself drop do not glide, you will hit something most likely a spike and then you will flash making you temporarily not be able to take damage. While this happening you will go straight through other spikes and won't take any damage or slow down so you will freefall and hopefully drop more than 10 metres.
