In the level 'Stumped' at the start of Act 2.
As you progress through the level, you will eventually find yourself in an alien grocery store.
In the store you'll see one of those fun fair cut outs were you stick your face through to take a funny picture.
Stand behind it, it will prompt you to press X, a camera will flash and the achievement will pop.

Load up the level in act 2 called Stumped.
After you get so far in the level you will come across a supermarket type area. Just keep going through there until you see a cardboard cut out with a button behind it. Just go up and press it and your achievement should unlock.
