Spam this like crazy in fights, and you should have the achievement in next-to-no time at all! I received it by the end of act 1, and I wasn't even trying to get it (i.e. I didn't spam morph)
In fact, if you play on tadpole, you can pretty much complete the game only with B in attacks.
