Just got this
Level: Act 3 - 6 "A Rock And A Hard Place"
Difficulty: Easy, Normal, BattleToad! (I did mine on Battletoad)
You should start with Pimple punching enemies, the red thing (OWTH) that breaks the tree, Pimple again, and finally the Photo girl (Bratty)!
You want Bratty, which is when a giant phone fills your screen and you have to click
to take a photo of the enemy.
The achievement requires that they are close to you when you take the photo (). It's that simple! I waited till an enemy overlapped the circle or was pretty close.
If you want a time limit I waited 4 - 5 second on the first enemy. If you die the checkpoint is right when you become Bratty. So no worries if you die!
That's all you have to do!

I popped this on Act 3: A Rock and a Hard Place while trying to pop the Be Tight achievement. (On Tadpole difficulty, not sure it matters) during my second camera shot with Bratty, I was just quickly moving my camera all around and pressing RT and I must've gotten lucky and taken a picture of the queen(?) flying at me almost close enough to attack. I imagine your best bet is to keep playing this level and maybe focus on one queen flying at you and wait to click RT until she is really close to the camera. Good luck!
