Beat all of the sequences in Act Three Section Eight before the timer reaches 0:00.
Symbols appear at the top middle of the screen that correspond to different panels on the display. Perform the tasks in the order of the symbols. Each task is a little mini game that will require you to press certain directions in order, hold the triggers in a certain positions, etc...
It is recommended that you play once through in campaign without worrying too much about this achievement so you understand how this level works. Then you can play the level again via level select and this should be pretty easy. The second time I played the level I beat everything with 25+ seconds left.
