Just boost this with a friend. This game is dead online now so should be easy and quick to boost with an online friend. Just setup a ranked game and find each other.

Winning a ranked match isn’t all that difficult. The most difficult part of this achievement though is simply getting into that game. Since online play is very scarce in the game I recommend simply setting up a match with a friend or another player and then beating them. Remember, its got to be a ranked match.
