Occasionally, you will spawn as a hard-to-control, fast-moving missile. When this happens, your goal will be to hit one of the enemies before you hit a terrain obstacle or saucer and explode.
To get this, fire up a ranked match and have a boosting buddy kill you until you spawn as the missile. If you spawn out of radar range, you should both head towards the saucer which is easy to locate since it makes a distinct sound.
Some tips for this:
- Switch to a 1-stick movement scheme from the options menu if you are using the 2-stick "tank-like" scheme. It's a LOT easier to control the missile.
- In the games I've played, the host (red team) got a missile spawn a lot more often than the blue team. If you are having trouble spawning as a missile, try hosting a game instead of joining.
- Try to find a nice open path where you can fly in a straight line and then have your buddy drive into you. This is a lot easier than trying to navigate to your buddy. You'll warp around the map when you hit the edge so you'll barely even have to steer if you find a good spot.

Join a ranked multiplayer game and fire a missile at him, you will now be in the perspective of the missile and can control it’s direction, hit an enemy with it and they should go down. Remember that you don’t move while piloting the missile and so should try to hide behind some cover before you fire.
