If you still manage to miss one, or decide to do a certain Portal later on, you can just use Chapter Select to do so. If you have completed a portal it will tell you as you approach it to avoid wasting your time

Note: It must be done on normal or harder.

I made a forum post explaining how to do this the easiest way possible. It’s worth mentioning you can chapter select to chapters with alfheims you need and once you exit the Alfheim after completing it, it will save at the bottom right letting you know you can chapter select again once you get the alfheims in a chapter and you will keep the Alfheim as completed

Alfheim Challenges are bright yellow portals on the ground and there are twenty-one of them throughout the game. Once you complet one, it will be saved and can be redone while replaying a chapter. Some of these can only be done with certain weapons. For all locations and a guide how to beat them look here. Note that all Alfheim Challenges can be done on different difficulties except Very Easy and Easy to unlock the achievement.
