To execute a torture attack you must fill up your magic power to the max. Then once it is full, get near an enemy and press Y and B simultaneously. It will go into an animation where you press some sort of buttons. Repeat this 50 times.
Thats basically it. Your magic power is located under your health bar. To fill up your magic power you need to avoid enemies attacks and string together some combos.

To execute a Torture Attack you need 8 Charges of your Magic Gauge filled and then you have to press

. After initiating it, you can mash the shown button to earn extra Halos, which depends on which angel-type you are torturing. You receive one Charge every time you engage Witch Time, avert/counter attacks with Moon of Mahaa-Kalaa, or connect with several of your attacks.

Torture Attacks are executed by pressing 
+ 
once your Magic Meter filled up high enough. If you've filled it enough get close to an Angel and press the above mentioned buttons and Bayonetta will execute a Torture Attack. During a TA you have to press a certain button in rapid succession to increase damage. Repeat 50 times, the trophy is cumulative so you don't have to do it during one chapter.
