I had no luck getting this through natural play, so I went into a custom race at Shark Harbor. Don't forget to turn all powerups off except Angry Bull (Press 
at the track selection screen to edit rules).
There will be a chicken coop on the right side (about 60-70% through the lap, and right before the shortcut). Just activate Angry Bull and drive into it and the achievement should unlock.
