Customize Powerups -> Remove all but the Earth Strike.
Pick any track, character (other than BeatBot) and car.
Start the race and grab an Earth Strike from the bubbles. Find BeatBot and as soon as he uses his Ability, shoot him with your Earth Strike. Bleep Bloop.
