So do you have to finish the race for the eggs to count or can you quit as soon as you have the egg..?
EDIT: Was about to delete this comment since I realized that you of course just can check the in-game achievement tracker to see if the percentage are raised when you pick up the egg, which it is so leaving this up in case anyone else is wondering ... you can quit/restart or whatever as soon as the egg is collected 😆
Oh and a weird thing, for some reason my tracker says I've found 61% of 10 Easter Eggs 🙃 🐣
Finally, thanks for yet another great solution for Beach Buggy Racing, closing in on 💯% thanks to all your help Deranged Asylum 👍😆🖒

Not my videos, all credit to the creator(s) - I found these very helpful as some of the eggs are in tricky places. Luckily you don't need all of them, only 10 out of the 15.

There are 15 levels in total & each has an Easter Egg so you only need to find 10 out of the 15 for the trophy, when you do hit an Easter Egg you will get a cute chick picture appear on the screen, do finish the level after hitting the Egg, even if you are in last place. Firstly you will still get some coins and the mileage will be recorded but secondly I had one occasion where I got the Easter Egg, quit the race but the Egg then reappeared on the next playthrough.

1. Shark Harbor
Near the end of the track, there is a shortcut down an alleyway on the right had side & at the end is a ramp. Drop your speed as you come to the ramp as you want to drop off it rather than jump over it as the Egg is on the roof of a building just as the ramp ends.

2. Crab Cove
Just after the start of the race as you go through the rock archway then slow down and take a left immediately after this, the Egg is just there sitting on a beach area.

3. Fiesta Village
This one is also quite near the start, on the right there are some jetties, look for the one with the largest boat moored to it, drive carefully down the jetty and the egg is at the end.

4. Dino Jungle
Halfway round the track there is a cave with a waterfall, veer right and go over the green ramp, make sure you make the jump to get to a hidden tunnel at the top, as you exit this tunnel the Egg is just to the left of the waterfalls.

5. Tiki Temple
Halfway round there is a giant hall with lava everywhere, slow down as you enter the hall and look to the left to see an altar with the Egg on it. You will need to hit the ramp that usually takes you up on the shortcut and time it just right to land on the altar. This took me several attempts to get the angle and speed just right but is doable.

6. Mushroom Grotto
This is halfway around the track and just as you pass the second set of power ups the Egg can be found behind the large mushrooms.

7. Paradise Beach
After you go past the cave section there are 2 wooden roads. As you start on the second section there is a small hut on your right hand side, the Egg is below and to the right of this hut so you are looking to go off the track to get it.

8. Glacier Gulch
Just before the second big jump go off the track to the left to find the Egg floating on a glacier, you might have to do this a few times to avoid getting the out of bounds message before hitting the Egg.

9. Misty Marsh
Halfway around track you’ll come to a giant stone ramp/jump. Smash through the boats at the bottom of the jump on the left and you’ll find the Egg in front of you.

10. Red Planet
As you enter the low gravity area head to the left and the Egg is halfway up the wall on the left hand side. You can either try and jump to hit the Egg but this can take some doing, otherwise slow down reverse a bit and use the wall as a half pipe to go up and get the Egg.

11. Blizzard Vale
After the first set of power ups there are some barrels on the right hand side, the Egg is behind these barrels.

12. Death Bat Alley
After the second set of power ups there is a shortcut on the left, there are some broken roads which take some doing to get across safely. At the end of the short cut there is a ramp and the egg is in the middle of the ramp. You will get this naturally on level 6 of Pineapple Punch as the Follow the Leader round takes you on this route. This will also unlock the Leap of Faith trophy.

13. Aquarius
Thanks to lost4lost for this one. In the water tunnel early on, look for the giant orange fish not moving towards the ceiling. Use 2 or 3 turbos or Rex's turbo to get the egg hanging on ceiling.

14. Fire and Ice
Towards end of the race you come to a big ramp, either slow down and head off to the left of the ramp or jump of and reverse, the egg is located almost parallel and to the left of the actual jumping off point but on the lower ground level.

15. Spooky Shores
Halfway round, just after the shortcut jump, there is a jetty heading off out to see, slow down and drive onto this jetty and you will find the egg.

There are 15 Easter Eggs in the game, but you only need 10 of them. Here is a video of all 15 thanks to KicknaZZ Games
