You need 8 words/charms for this achievement:

- TICKLE: First charm of the game. Can't miss it. (Just in case, blow some dandelions at the beginning and make Luka sneeze).
- JUNK: Check the drawer in the kitchen at the beginning of the game (first time in the house).
- PULL: First time in the treehouse, go outside to the antenna.
- CLING: Talk to Yisun outside the History Museum the day after Rolo is missing (Struggle during RENDEZVOUS WITH ROXY). (Thanks Xb0ss for the update)
- STRUGGLE: Use the Strange path in the fight with Izzy.
- PUNGENT: Check the flowers in Beck's house, during the storm (choose Rumble during Whether Weather).
- CROOKED: Check the Town Hall sign north of the Hole when you're exploring with Iggy. (Use Strange to get the M.C.D.C / It's a Hole Thing) path.
- SMACK: Press A on the watermelon.

another broken achievement...I have the 8 words, I did it last night...I just did it right now completely...and nothing...the last and lucky achievement doesn't jump!! 🤬🤬

ok, I got it...strangely a word had been removed, CLING, but you have to correct the guide, because that part of the story cannot be accessed from the Warehouse of Horrors episode, the game itself won't let you, it is accessed from RENDEZVOUS WITH ROXY... I just did it like this and it's the only way... then I went fishing and having the 8 letters again, finally the achievement jumped, ok to something else 🙌🙌

I got one called Ponder for sitting in the armchair in the house at the start and Hide from the closet upstairs and chill form the bed room. Or does this have to be those specific 8 words in the guide? Guess I'll see when I find a few more.

SUCCULENT from one of the bookshelves in the library.

Also is the achievement supposed to pop upon getting all those words? Or do you have to do a specific interaction?

at what point in the game do i get “crooked”?, going back and choosing strange just leads to death

@goodsephiroth1, this is a bit spoiler-ish, you'll get to a point when you can choose to fight at the tree house. This choice will end the run.

You will then need to choose a different path in the choice tree in order to get the flight charm. (Iirc it's either in the warehouse of horrors choice or the whether weather choice path) after getting the flight charm, use that in the choice tree for the M.C.D.C choice path.

You'll play for a while, until you come to the town center and there should be a big hole in the ground. Interact with the crooked sign hanging above the hole and you should get that charm.

For anyone wondering, after getting all the charms, interact with the fishing spot. Go to the tacklebox and select a charm (you will have to select all 8 to get everything from the lake) after selecting the bait, interact with the lake to cast the line. When the fish bites, press the interact button to start reeling the line in. Hold the button for a few seconds and then let go, and then tap it again. If you hold the button the whole time, the line will break.

I didn’t get strange until Hazardous Hectoring, and when I got back to Rendezvous now I still only have Chill and Shit as options.. anyone know what I’m doing wrong?

So for everyone else’s benefit, you had to rendezvous with Roxy, choose Shit, complete all the warehouse investigation so you end up in chapter 3 NOT delivering jam, after heading upstairs and speaking to Roxy, you’ll be on the task to check library for Rolo, but at this point instead of going to the library head south at the fountain to the museum

I don't think this achievement is buggy, it's just for some reason none of the solutions mention that you have to use each charm to catch a "fish" at the pond. The achievement description makes this pretty clear, but the comments here imply people are thinking you just have to unlock each charm and it'll pop automatically.

Still not working... Fishing with all charms, even changing the order (who knows...), the achievement didn't unlocked.

I had a bit of a confusion with this achievement, you need to use all 8 charms and fish an item with each of them.

Use the space bar to throw out your rod into the water then repeatedly pressing space and occasionally unpress it so it won't break (when it is close to breaking the line will become red) but you can just unpress it for short times before that happens to make the process of succesfully fishing even easier.

It's not Struggle during Rendezvous with Roxy. That's the wrong branch.

Not sure if Asdrexiar means repeatedly tapping the reeling button until it turns red or just holding it. You do have to tap a few times to trigger reeling, but then you can hold for a few seconds at a time.

Make sure you actually have a check mark at bottom of each charm. If not, you haven't really caught that "FISH". You can do any of them over and over till you get it done correctly.

crooked - try " mcdc mission and choose flight!! which lets you leave the scene - the world here turns to chapter 5 and turns to ice - keep moving - throw snowballs at a sign - keep moving forward - a fairly lengthy amount of text to get through - the town is destroyed - which is what you need -long text continues - woman furball appears,talks,- finally chapter 6 loads - its frozen - dig headstone enemies appear, hide - go south, right, more text - right to the frozen town center - DONT CLICK ON THE HOLE - CLICK ON THE CROOKED SIGN - sorry this a long explanation but the only way i was able to locate Crooked- - after the man appeared - i did leave and load - a gran jury to go to the pond to get this one out of the way -

I missed Cling, redid Rendezvous with Roxy choosing shit (struggle wasn't an option). Then the next day you can see Ysun at the museum, get the word and go fish for it.

When you have all words, start Randevouz with Roxy episode, go fishing. Use all 8 words as a bait, catch 8 different items. Achievement unlocks.
P.s. Getting CROOCKED is a bit timeconsuming - start episode M.C.D.C. and follow the guide as witten above

You need to have 8 charms for this achievement. The charms you need are:

Tickle - You can get this in the dandilions at the very begining of the game.
Cling - Use the "Shit" charm at the Rendevous with Roxy node. When you are asked to go to the library instead go south to the history museum and talk to Yisun.
Crooked - Use the "Fight" charm at the MCDC node. When you and Iggy get to the hole, before you interact with it interact with the building with the Crooked sign behind it.
Junk - interact with the drawer in the kitchen the first time you enter the house.
Pull - When you are in the tree house go outside and interact with the antenna.
Struggle - You'll get this automatically by using the "Strange" charm in the confrontation with Iggy.
Pungent - Choose the "Rumble" charm at the Whether Weather node and interact with the flowers in Beck's room.
Smack - Interact with the watermelon.
