Beast Quest

This is the first main quest of the game after completing the tutorial. You can press to create a glowing path showing you where to go.


Fighting Ferno:

You will fight Ferno three times. In the first fight you can dodge all his attacks simply by moving left or right . Between dodges try to get in 3 or 4 light attacks . Every once and a while use "Shatter" to buff your damage. Don't forget to use your companion skill whenever it is charged by hitting both and . It damages about half the boss' health bar. If you get low on health simply press to use a health potion.

In the second and third fight Ferno will sometimes fly into the air and breath a fire attack. For this attack simply move behind the small walls and your character will take cover.


Some basic tips to help along the way:

I found that maximising Damage Per Second was the best strategy for this game. Make sure to press and open "Skills" to upgrade your character. Within this menu you will have to purchase active skills on the right side in order to unlock passive skills on the left. Purchase "Flame Sword" to unlock Damage upgrades. The first two ranks of "Small Attack Upgrade" are the best value. Then the first rank of "Medium Attack Upgrade". Then the first rank of "Large Attack Upgrade". I also recommend purchasing the "Shatter" skill as it basically buffs your damage output. I always stuck to light attacks as they did the most damage per second and allowed more reaction time to block . Don't be afraid of using health potions with . The game is extremely generous with them. If you open gold chests, make sure to equip your equipment in the "Equipment" menu.
