You'll obtain at least 1000 cookies by going for the 50 matches achievement (just play):
If you want the cookies faster, you can boost this with friends. No one rolls up anything and you'll all receive the maximum amount of cookies because you all won. The bonus cookies will be given to a random player because no one did something to obtain a "title", so the game gives them randomly then.
Caution: There no autosave in the game. SAVE YOUR GAME after an online session. Also if you loose connection, your cookies are lost.

That's because you didn't save your game. There's no autosave. After you played online, go to your home to save your game. I made that mistake too the first time I played online. If it works, plz give me a positive vote.

This achievement requires you to earn 1000 cookies while playing online. This is easily achievable if you are aiming to get the achievement for playing 50 games online and you should earn enough cookies while you play these games.
Unfortunately, few people still play online so I would advise you to make or join a boosting session for this game. Cookies are earned in the Online VS matches. Since you have to play 50 of those for the other achievements, you should probably get this along the way. Even when you lose a match, you will most likely get 20 cookies or more (in a 4 player game), so if you can stick with that average you'll get these around the same time as you finish your 50th match. If you win some matches, you'll get it faster. Look for planets with the "bonus cookies" turned on, because you can get bonuses for getting knocked out of the ring or losing the most items, so even losing can sometimes net you more cookies than winning.
Note: You can give cookies to friends by throwing them at them. If you get over 100/1,000 this way, the achievement won't unlock until you finish another game or a stage in single player.
