Cookies are earned for completing multiplayer games. The amount you win depends on how many people are playing and on the position in which you finished.

Obviously, 1st place awards you the most cookies. For placing 1st in a 4 player multiplayer game, you will win 50 cookies, so 2 wins and you should easily have this achievement. Coming in a lower position will still earn you some cookies, but it will take slightly longer than if you were to finish in 1st.

There is also the chance to win bonus cookies for things like dashing into other players the most times. The person who wins the bonus cookies will receive extra cookies equal to the value of the 1st place award.

This achievement requires you to earn 100 cookies while playing online. This is easily achievable if you are aiming to get the achievement for playing 50 games online and you should earn enough cookies while you play these games.

Unfortunately, few people still play online so I would advise you to make or join a boosting session for this game.
