Use the flip turn (Click both thumb sticks) 30 times in one game. I did this on one of the early stages, once I knew I had met the target size, I just sat clicking the sticks until the time ran out.

The easiest way to do this is probably to do it on Egg School, as there's no time limit.

I did this in the tutorial level. No rush, no time limit. Just quick turn away! The achievement pops after the level has completed. To quick turn just click both of the controller sticks simultaneously.

This Can be done in the Chateau' Notre Desir. This is the level where you re-roll Uranus with no time limit. Just wait until after they stop asking for memories and do the 30 turns ( Click both thumb sticks ) and press X to end the level. The achievement will pop after you get all your presents and cousins.

This can be done in egg school as well which has no time limit from the start.

For this achievement, you have to quick turn 30 times in a single level. This is done by pressing down both thumbsticks at the same time.
To make this achievement easier and to remove any time restraints, I would advise doing this once you have unlocked the eternal mode for a level. To unlock the eternal mode, score over 100 points in that level. After you have quick turned 30 times, you can exit the level by pressing X.

The, Pants, Party
For this one you have to use the quick turn (press in both thumbsticks) 30 times during a stage. Use the same strategy as "Manic Roller" and just jump back and forth for a minute, then exit.
