This challenge is displayed as a wrench on your map. All of these challenges won't be available to you until after you have completed Chapter 8 (assuming you have also been completing the other challenges as soon as they're available).
Just follow the instructions and this will be a breeze (though a bit boring). Most of it is pressing the right button. The other things to pay attention to is which direction to turn the left stick when unscrewing a screw and to fill the oil up to anywhere in between the two lines. Good luck. Note: all cars take about 30 seconds to repair or less depending on how many parts you’ve got to fix. But the maximum time it took for me to fix one on the level 10 was 45 seconds and you have 8 (I think) minutes
