This challenge is displayed as a fork on your map. All of these challenges won't be available to you until after you have completed Chapter 9 (assuming you have also been completing the other challenges as soon as they're available).

These aren't too tricky as long as you drive carefully. You are more likely to lose too many meals than run out of time. When you turn right the meals lean left, and vice versa. So you want to use the same trigger as the direction you're turning to straighten out the meals back in that direction. For example if you make a right turn you will need to straighten them out with the right trigger. The more meals you have stacked at once the harder they will lean and the more careful you will need to be. There are 10 challenges and the bonus challenge doesn't count toward this achievement.
