There are 3 stages to the fight:
1. Turn the fans on and make them reflect the poison spray back onto him.
2. Dodge the spray while annoying him.
3. A QTE (Quick Time event)
Stage 1.
I found this challenging, until I remembered to use Barry’s bee reflexes, after that its pretty much a piece of cake. When you start, immediately turn on your bee reflexes and head around turning on all the fans, but not walking into them. Then once you have them all on, start running into them. Use bee reflexes whenever you can.
Stage 2.
**IMPORTANT NOTE**
When you are annoying him, even if you get out of the circle in time before he hits it, Barry may still say "Ow" and it will appear as if you got hurt. YOU DID NOT! This is just a glitch, continue, and you will still earn the achievement.
Stage 2 is not all that hard, but can be challenging. Just fly in a rectangular motion, and use bee reflexes whenever you can. You will need to annoy him around 3 times to fill the bar and complete this section.
Stage 3.
You should probably be use to QTE's after playing this game, so this bit should be extremely easy. If not, just keep trying. Not much else to say here.

First things first this is on mission 11.1. You have to battle Montgomery. First things I recommend doing is hitting the three switches to activate the fans. They're the green exclamation marks on your map. One's on the left side of the front-left audience bench, one's on the right side of the front-right audience bench, and the third's on the right side of the witness stand if you're facing the judge's seat.
Once all three are activated fly into their winds and each will have a 4 or 5 button combo which'll result in Montgomery's spray going into his own face. Once you do all three you'll active a cut scene where you and your bee friends get into a group to fight Montgomery.
From here use the square strafe method I explained in the Ken fight to avoid the spray. When he's annoyed lock onto his face ad annoy him, this is easily the hardest part of the fight. I'm not sure how you avoid getting hit when annoying him, just keep trying.
Once the bar's full you'll get a 7 button sequence and bam, you're done.
Do all that with avoiding being sprayed or hit and the achievement's yours.
