You should already know how to do this from Chapter 1. Simply draw pollen from healthy flowers and deposit pollen on unhealthy flowers. There are 15 inside of the restaurant and the final 5 are in the outside area after irritating the old man.

LEFT TRIGGER to lock on to a flower.
RIGHT TRIGGER to pollinate the flower.
RIGHT STICK to move to the next flower.
