You should already know how to do this from Chapter 1. Simply draw pollen from healthy flowers and deposit pollen on unhealthy flowers. Pollinate all the flowers in the area as you fly through the rain. Watch your compass to find their locations.

LEFT TRIGGER to lock on to a flower.
RIGHT TRIGGER to pollinate the flower.
RIGHT STICK to move to the next flower.
