This challenge is displayed as a crane (which looks more like a jellyfish to me) on your map in the Honex area. All of these challenges won't be available to you until after you have completed Chapter 9 (assuming you have also been completing the other challenges as soon as they're available).
This challenge is very straightforward and easy. Just grab the containers of honey with your crane when they reach the platforms. Timing is key here and you will pick it up very quickly. There are 10 challenges and the bonus challenge doesn't count toward this achievement.

Got the achievement, but didn't give me the badge, therefore FUCKED out of 250 GS GARRRRR.
