I recommend going through the campaign, and trying to get all the other badges before you try for this one, as you will more than likely unlock it that way.
If you still don't have this by playing through the game normally and getting other badges, go to the console near the gate that lets you reply levels, go past all the campaign missions and under 'Bonus Battles' you can play 'Hornet Attack'. Just keep playing that mission till you unlock the achievement, should take 2 or 3 times maximum.

Easiest way to get this is to play mission 7.2 for kills. Sometimes you'll get some "emergencies" where the hive will be under attack and you'll get some kills that way. But for extras just play through 7.2 and you'll have an easy 25 kills.
