Personally I found these to be extremely repetitive, time consuming, and droll... But you gotta do what you gotta do! This is where you drive the Taxi around (duh). This challenge is displayed as a car on your map, and they won't all be available to you until after you have completed Chapter 7 (assuming you have also been completing the other challenges as soon as they're available).
I suggest pressing pause and hitting "View Map" after picking up each passenger to plan your route ahead of time so you don't go the wrong way and waste valuable time. There are 10 of these challenges, and the bonus challenge does not count toward the achievement.

IMO, the taxi jobs were by far the worst part of the game, it was way too repetitive. I mean, a lot of the game was but these guys took the cake. Isn't much to explain on this one, pick up a passenger and take them where they need to go.
