This achievement requires you to get Peter Dong a date with Emma Hazer. Once you've gotten to know Peter a little bit a dialogue option will become available when he asks for help with Emma. You get two dialogue options 1) Help with Emma or 2) Don't help with Emma. You are going to want to choose option 1.

He then tells you how he found a magazine in her trash (creepy) that has flowers on it. You come up with the idea Peter should get Emma flowers. You now need to go speak with Emma to procure what type of flowers she likes. A dialogue option of "Talk about flowers" needs to be selected. Then you have two options to talk about colors and talk about flowers. You will need to choose both and it will result in you finding out that she likes the color RED and is allergic to poppies.

Now go back to Peter Dong and inform him that she likes RED ROSES. You can end the conversation and leave for the day. Come back the next day and ask him how it went. He thinks it didn't go well when he left flowers on her desk because she smiled. Then after several more dialogue screens he is going to ask for something that will help him talk to be able to talk to Emma. You need to break into Emma's desk and take " A brochure called "30 Ways to Talk" and find him a drink. You should have ran into whiskey by this point, but if you haven't the lost and found usually has a rum and the trader you find when you leave your apartment at night "Nathan Kehler" sells Whiskey for 100 gold.

Peter still can't ask her out and asks you to take control of your terminal to view him on the cameras by the vending machine and feed him lines to Emma to get her to agree to a date. Below are the dialogues to choose in order:

1) Be cocky, girls love it. Ask her how she's doing
2) Compliment her
3) Lie and say that you watch The Passion of the Leader
4) Tell her you love children
5) Politely ask her on a date
