You will need to speak with Oliver to begin this storyline on the 25th floor. He will tell you that there is a book to help you speak to Marie in the boss's office. Make sure you have learned the picking locks skill on the 25th floor, it will take 6 hours at home so save up some time to read it. Now that you have the skill go back to the office and steal the book. It will be 1 hour at home to read it, so no need to save extra time, as you get 2 hours everyday when you go home.

Now you can speak with Marie. She will tell you that the guard is abusing her and not to tell Oliver. Go speak to Oliver and get her an interpreter. This will cost you 1000 gold. Don't choose any other option or the achievement will become missable. Now go home for the night and come back. The guard will be gone and the interpreter will now be in his place. Go speak with Marie, and she will tell you she is with pregnant from the guard and wants to leave the country. The dialogue option list is fairly long, but the one you will want is to suggest contacting the EMBASSY. She of course can't call, so choose to call yourself and head home. Now call the embassy and go through all the dialogue and head back to work. The achievement will pop during the intercom message when you make it back to the 25th Floor.
