This achievement is missable and can only be done on day one when George Hemnitz is giving you a tour of floor 1 and taking you to your cubicle. After entering the Ministry building you will pass the room with guards / metal detectors, the room with the giant TV, and then come to the room where you will see only Morris in your direct path drop a huge stack of papers. Use your

Once you've begun the dialogue with Morris there will be three dialogue options for you:
- Help
- Spit in his face
- Ignore
Choose "Help" and you will have a few more dialogue screens to read and the achievement will pop.

At the beginning of the game, on the way into the office for the first time, you will pass a man who drops all of his papers in the room with all the lines. Interact with him and choose to help. Morris will give you a lockpicking book later.
