Fairly easy to get, and can be one of the first earned in game. Make sure you go home with at least 3 hours left, then press on your front door and press these options:
-Go To Square
-Remain silent and watch
-Nod back
-Stay put
you should then promptly die in an explosion and be crushed by the mustache of a leader statue.

At almost any point in the game, while at home, you can select your door and choose "Go to the square". Now choose to remain silent and watch, then continue watching. You will die but earn the trophy.
