Basically Day 3 or 4 you will see the icon on the phone showing you have a call once you return home from work. Your wife will ask how things are and you will have a little back and forth banter. She will tell you she isn't coming any time soon and that she has to go. This will prompt you to either hang up or continue the conversation, which is just each person telling the other to hang up first. Now do this 20 times and the achievement will pop. Slightly annoying and a good way to waste two minutes. If you don't get it when she calls there is no other time in the game to earn this.

Following roughly your fourth day of the game, upon returning home, your wife will call your apartment phone. Answer it and talk with her, then pick "Continue the conversation" but not "Hang up" to repeat the last lines over again. You need to repeat this 10-15 times to earn the trophy (just repeat until the trophy pops).
