There are several ways to get this on each floor. I did this on Floor One with Emma Hazer. You will be greeted on the 3rd or 4th day by a man after you get off the subway and will give you an envelope to Marco Legrand. You will have agree to take the envelope and look inside. If you refuse to take it or take it without looking inside this will have to be done with a different colleague. Additionally you will miss out on the Breaking Bad achievement as well.

Once you have completed "Pass the Envelope to Legrand" and then you will start "Deal with the Devil" where Legrand wants you to get the stimulants into the building. Work with the lady who runs the cart on Floor One and she can get them in for you. Once this is completed you will start "Enhanced Performance" where Legrand puts you up to the task of selling stimulants 3 times. You can get Emma Hazer to buy into it with 500 authority points to say they aren't really drugs, just like alcohol. After that you will get pills from the Landscaper and be able to sell to her once a day or alternatively give it to her for free. On the third time refuse to give her any more pills and she will pull out a vial of acid and burn your face off.
