How to unlock the Bahama Mama achievement in Beholder Complete Edition - Definitive Guide

This is one of the easier ways to get rid of the Shimmers. You have to talk to Klaus, tell him you've been asked to evict him and offer to help. He'll ask you for papers which you can help him get by talking to the archivist. After this, he'll tell you that he's been blacklisted and can't buy train tickets.
At this point, you will need to finish helping Shpak by getting rid of his call-girl girlfriend (any method seems to be fine). Shpak will get depressed and give you the cruise tickets he bought as a thank you for helping him. Then just talk to Klaus Shimmer and offer him the tickets and the achievement will pop as soon as he moves out of the apartment.

This won't unlock for me.. Is there any other requirements?
Both Shimmers moved out when I gave them the tickets... You'd think that would make it unlock. However I don't remember Klaus offering to help.

Ok, you must have to give the guy who wants a girlfriend the chocolate,
And you have to offer to help Klaus, just follow the walkthrough for this section exactly.
The nathan guy will sell you the chocolate bar.

He never gave me a Teddy Bear before I did these things. Once I did them, he gave me a Teddy bear and the achievement popped as normal.

If you chose to give alcohol to the girlfriend, be sure that it's wine, whisky won't pop the achievement.

This is one of three trophies related to dealing with the Schimmers. You will need to tell Klaus Schimmer about the Ministry order, then acquire his absentee certificate by bribing Mark Ranek (archivist) with a bottle of whiskey. You can get cruise tickets from Alloisius Shpak (doctor) after setting him up with Clara, the girl on the phone number in your mailbox. After you've completed "Love on the phone", she moves in and you later bring her some booze, Shpak becomes tired of her and asks you to make her leave. After you do so, Alloisius will offer you the cruise tickets. If you give the absentee certificate and cruise tickets to Klaus Schimmer, this trophy will pop.

For now, we leave the Shimmers in the house and carry out all the “peaceful” missions to evict them and stop at the last one, where we need to decide where to send them. After receiving the mission to introduce the doctor to the girl, we go to the grandmother on the second floor and talk to her about it. Then we complete this quest and, after meeting the doctor and this woman, we try to evict her. After checking out, we talk to the doctor and he gives us tickets for the cruise. We go to the Shimmers and give them tickets for the cruise.
