Talk to Khan about different remedies. Buy the remedy "Calefacient" ($500);
Talk to Rosa Ranek about the cold and give her the balm.

DLC: Give Rosa Ranek the calefacient balm you can buy from Khan after talking to her about the cold and talking to him about different remedies.
