3rd Jump :- About Half Speed and a 50 - 55 degree angle

Jump 1 no speed 90 degrees
Jump 2 no speed 60/80 degrees
Jump 3 no speed between 50 degrees and whatever you did jump 2 at
Jump 4 bit of speed 40/50 degrees
Jump 5 half speed 40/50 degrees
Jump 6 full speed between 40/50 degrees

You won't get much easier than this within the game

You want your 1st jump to be a worst legally as possible (3.78). You can achieve this with no pace and just holding your angle to 90 degrees.

Becareful on your 2nd jump as if you get the speed and degrees only slightly better it will still record 3.78. Go for about 50% speed and angle of 75 degrees.

Slightly increase speed and decrease angle for the next 2 jumps.

Hopefully by jump 5 you will have steadily progressed to around 6-7m. For the penultimate jump try full speed but over cook the angle to about 60 degrees.

Last jump obviously do your best!
