How to unlock the Popularity Tycoon achievement in Bejeweled Blitz LIVE - Definitive Guide
I'm #2 on the High Score list with 1.2 million.
Add me, I'll accept, you'll get the achievement as soon as you load the game up with me on your friends list.
Edit: PLEASE! Just delete me when you've done it, thanks :) (Running out of room on my friends list, all I ask of you is to delete me)

If you don't have anyone on your friend's list who owns this game you can get it through multiple accounts on the same Xbox.
I logged on to my secondary account to play a few games, get a decent score, then did the same thing on my girl friend's account.
Since I had added those two accounts to my friends list, both scores counted to this achievement. When I logged back into my account it popped.

This doesn't seem to be working for me. Were your secondary accounts Gold?

My secondary accounts were only silver when I managed to pull of this solution

Friendscore takes your score times 2, then adds your friends' scores. This cheevo is possible alone if you can manage to get to 500,000 points yourself.

I'm still going for the 500,000.
I really think I could have gotten it if I had another 2 moves. Positive vote for explaining it to those who don't know how it works.

I did confirm that if you manage a 500k or better game on your own you don't need to add any other friends.
Here's how it works in my experience
(Your Score)x2 + (Total of every friends score) = Your Friendscore
Thus if your score is 500k it will be doubled, giving you a total of 1mil. If it is less than 500k you will need to make up the difference with your other friends scores.
Also your score will reset every week, so you should shoot for this on a week that you play an awesome game.

add me im at around 369,900 by myself. i will be on most every day playing this. i am the only one my friends list that plays this awesome game. such a shame
You don't even need a boosting session. Play a little multiplayer in the game then go to your recent players and add every person you played with. hopefully they will accept your friend request, and with enough people you should total 1,000,000
