As the achievement says, simply earn a score of 250,000 points in one game of butterflies to unlock this one.
With Butterflies mode, you cannot let the butterflies reach the top of the screen or else a spider eats them and you get a game over. So just keep an eye on your butterflies, go for combos of 4+ where possible to clear more gems, and you will see yourself unlock this achievement in no time :).

I had to save around 90 butterflies to get the needed amount of 250,000 points. Cascades and special gems are the best way to save butterflies. Look out for possibilities to save multiple butterflies at once.
