This achievement is similar to the First Light achievement, as soon as u reach the desert on floor 20, just go south and u will find a platform near the floor 20 shortcut to the surface
use the elevator on that platform and keep going down until u find the light u re looking for, now just need to go back up.
As in the First light achievement u need to pass 3 or 4 levels with traps and once u reach the last floor fight the same boss of the previous achievement

Not sure why you got downvoted, this solution is perfectly accurate. One thing I was very pleased to find out was that you do not have to do First and Last Light achievements in the same run. From some reason I though you might have to, but I guess since you get a fragment for the Lantern from each, there is no reason to return to the Level 4 one again anyways.
