Traps are an easy way. There's for sure one on the 2nd level of the cave.

If you wait long enough without eating or drinking your health depletes and you can die that way. It took maybe 10 minutes.

You just need to die, it’s best to do this when you first encounter traps, those red spikes coming out of the ground.
