Select Showdown then Ultimate Elimination.
I chose the "Beginner's Luck" circuit then the "Blizzard Ridge" track because it's fast and easy.
As soon as it starts wait until you are in last place and follow the person in front of you but not too close or you might pass him.
Get a speed upgrade if you can (it looks like blue arrows pointing up) wait until the number at the top of the screen shows less than ten and then pass him for your achievement.
