This should be one of the first few achievements you get but if you want to get it easy pick single race then "Primus Dominus" circuit then "Havoc Highway".
Right at the beginning there is a big jump as well as a bunch of other jumps throughout the level as well. If you stay back barely in last place when you pick up upgrades they are usually the speed boost (blue arrows) or even better your ultimate power (looks like the Omnitrix symbol).
When you have one of these upgrades save it stay just behind a group of racers and shoot it right before a jump.
