Go to Single Player then Showdown then Ultimate Alienation and pick the Arctic Circle arena. Sit at one end with all the power ups and keep collecting them until you find a yellow one that looks like a diamond with circles around it. Once you find one drive around until you find a patch of green crystals get close to it and press A to shoot your EMP and destroy it. Repeat until you get the achievement. You can also work toward your "Ultimate Alienator" achievement for winning 10 Ultimate Alienation showdowns while doing this.
SmokiestDadn added that your own crystals also count toward this achievement. So you could just sit on the power up and keep laying down crystals and blowing them up with EMP until you get the achievement.
