Go to single player - showdown - omni-tag - set time limit to 1 minute and make sure team play is checked. You actually don't have to do anything. You can just let your controller sit there while your team mates score points. After the match press race again. Do it over and over until the achievement pops. If you find yourself losing more then 3 times in a row, then just pick a different track.
